Flags are designed to be recognized at a glance, but dozens of them share the same colors. Red, white and blue stripes, the pan-African green, yellow and red, and the pan-Arab red, white, black and green each appear on many flags. The quickest way to learn them is in the groups where they get confused.
Flag images come from the open-source flag-icons collection. A few flags have fine details, such as coats of arms, that are simplified at small sizes.
